Communication Policy

Completion Approval Policy
- Customer satisfaction is important to us. Upon completion of service, we ask customers to inspect the work and provide approval of completed services. If you are unavailable at the time of completion, approval may be provided through photos, phone call, text message, or other agreed communication methods.
Weather Policy
- Because exterior cleaning services are weather dependent, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions.
Pre-Exisiting Condition Policy
- Pressure washing and soft washing may reveal pre-existing damage including oxidation, loose paint, cracked surfaces, deteriorated caulking, failing coatings, or other existing conditions that may not have been visible prior to cleaning.
Payment Policy
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
